Important notice for all customers
What's the first thing you do when you purchase footwear at a normal retail store? Yes, you put them on and pace up and down the
shop a little, gauging if they feel to be exactly the right size for you. Maybe you need half a size up or down for that perfect fit.
This presents the biggest drawback for us as an online retailer, as we are not afforded this luxury. It is with this in mind that we ask all
our customers to carefully compare their own measurements with our charts and diagrams so that we can get this right first time, every
time. In particular we ask all our customers to pay close attention to the area of the foot represented in the diagram as the half bc
measurement, as this is generally the most problematic especially with slip-on shoes. Obviously with lace-up shoes this is less of a
issue as the laces help to accommodated variations in size in the half BC area, but with slip-ons this must be very accurate to ensure
that you get the maximum comfort and pleasure from our footwear. The last thing we want is for our shoes to lie a the back of your
wardrobe unseen, unworn, and unloved, so please help us get this right!
We stand by our returns policy 100%, but it makes for a far more pleasant and efficient experience if we can deliver your perfect fit the
very first time of asking, without all the stress and hassle of returning shoes that don't fit properly, and all the correspondence and lost
time which inevitably accompanies such situations.
As always feel free to contact us should you be unsure of any of these sizing issues.

  • If you are interested in the slip on its worth considering ordering the half size up
  • If you feel that you have a wider fitting foot consider more the lace up
  • If you generally wear a wider shoe you may want to go half a size up to give the ball of your foot and your toes more space.
  • Its normal for 1 foot to be bigger than the other, fit against the larger foot.
  • Measure your foot with socks on, this will add up to half a size depending on the thickness of sock you prefer.

How do I know if my shoes are the right size?
A good fit is when there's no gap between your foot and the sides of the shoe, the arch of the shoe cradles the arch of your foot, and
your toes have just enough wiggle room.

My feet seem larger in the afternoon. Can this be true?
Most people's feet swell slightly as the day progresses due to body temperature and regular activity. To get the best fit, try your new
shoes on in the afternoon.

How do I measure my foot?
If you are unsure about your shoe size, follow these instructions to measure your foot:

1. On a piece of paper, draw a straight line that is longer than your foot.
2. Stand on the paper with the line centered beneath your foot. The line should run under your longest toe and your heel.
3. Have a friend make a mark where the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe meet the line. Repeat for your other foot.
4. Take the measurement between the heel and toe marks. Use the measurement from the larger of your two feet with the size chart
below to determine your shoe size.
